What to Expect

Visiting a new church should never be stressful – but we know that it can be intimidating.  After all, there are all sorts of questions:  What should I wear?  Where do I park?  Where do my kids go?

We understand that you have tons of questions that can come with visiting a new church – so we want to help you know what to expect right from the beginning!

When are services?

Worship service is each Sunday morning at 10:30 am with Community Groups meeting one hour before at 9:15 am. Our Services page has additional details for you. Worried you will get confused?  Don’t worry – we have some of the friendliest parking lot greeters who are there to help you find out where to go.

What should I wear?

We want you to be absolutely comfortable.  Be focused on the service and what you may get from it and learn…not on what you’ll wear.  After all, we can promise you we won’t judge you on what you wear.  We have people who wear shorts and flip flops. Some come in jeans and t-shirts. Others still prefer to wear their “Sunday best” and wear a dress or suit. You’ll fit in no matter what you wear.

What is the church’s address?

It is 375 Old Nashville Hwy, La Vergne, TN 37086. Our Contact page has a map to find us.
Is your church traditional?  I’ve driven by and it looks old.
Our church has maintained its current location for quite a few years now. We are beginning a remodeling process very soon to give our exterior a more contemporary look.  But inside...... is a  modern worship center complete with state-of -the art lighting, full sound system, digital projection, and a warm environment to worship.  Don’t let the exterior fool you – we hold to traditional values that will never change (because the Bible never changes), but we live and worship in today’s world.

Where should I park?
There is parking in both the front and the rear of the building – but the best parking is up front.  Look for one of our parking lot attendants to have them scope out one of the best spots for you!

Where does my child go?

We have a great group of people dedicated to making sure your child has a positive, safe, and Biblical-based learning environment while you visit.  One of our friendly volunteers will be happy to help direct you and your child to our children's building.  We value security of the children we serve.  So, we will walk both parent and child through an easy check in and check out process for the children's area. We want you to be able to focus on the service – and not have to worry about your child.
